The house
Casa Noceto is the last house on the path above Pieve Noceto. Three rooms — one to the lake, one to the walnuts, one to the terrace. You take the house, not a corridor of doors.
The table sits outside the terrace room. Bread and a pot of coffee go there when the weather holds. After dark it takes a lamp. The path from the harbour is fifty metres, under the walnuts, to the door. There is no lobby.

Write, and breakfast on the terrace is held. Stay four nights and the fourth is included. Someone meets you at the harbour and walks you up. A portal does not do that.
