Holešovice, Praha 7
The market, the river, the exhibition grounds. Not Old Town.

The river
Holešovice sits on the Vltava, north of the crush. The water is the same river as the castle side. The bank is working: boats, a path, lights that stay on.
From the house you walk to the water in a few minutes. You do not take a tram to feel you have arrived.

The market
Pražská tržnice is the reason the street still works in the morning. You come for fruit, meat, a coffee that is not for tourists. The house is a few streets off — invented, but the market is not.
Sunday plate takes what the market has. That is the only menu promise we make, and even that is a sample.

The exhibition grounds
Výstaviště is the other neighbour — halls, a park, nights that already know how to be loud. The Crane room looks that way. The Floor looks at the yard.
Trams run. The city is close. You are not in the Old Town queue.

The city is real. The house is a labelled sample.
